GRUMBYBAT's MINI TERMS OF SERVICEI. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.

3. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or
canceled.II. PAYMENT
1. Commissions must be paid within 72H. An extension of 7days can be give if requested. Work will be paused as long as payment isn't recieved.
2. Payment accepted in EUR only. Vouchers are fine. I accept giftcards as well but eep in mind I live in france so maybe not all vouchers will work here...
3. Payment will be requested only via Paypal.III. PROCESS
1. Commissions are generally expected to take up to 6 Months from full
payment to complete.
2. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be
informed.IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission can recieve a few changes after payment has been submitted.
2. A maximum of 5 FULL revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge. I believe communcation and experimentation is the most crucial part of commissioning an artist so I am very loose on revision during the sketch and coloring part. Just don't abuse it.
3. { Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload. }
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at
any time.
2. I do not ever do refunds unless I have failed to meet deadlines!
3. If the client ceases contact for over 10days, the commission will be considered
concluded and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may
have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal
action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist. You can request it to be smaller during commission process but cannot edit it yourself.
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. All adopts and custom designed must be credit @grumbybat when used! You may edit, modify, resell, gift and trade designs as you want. You may NOT copy, heavily reference or claim design as your own.
Commercial use
licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of
making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.

Q: Specific things you won't do ?
A: I am pretty open to anything so I can give it a try during the sketch phase so you can chose to continue with me for the project or not. I can also simplify items such as detailed pattern designs/mecha with your consent.Q: Will you do gore ?
A: Absolutely! As long as the request isn't specific enough that I have to look up actual demolished corpses on google it's fine.Q: Will you do suggestive art ?
A: Besides pinups art and other soft content am fairly inexperienced with suggestive NSFW content but I can give it a shy try for an extra fees. Please keep in mind I will not do anything zoo related or loli/pedo content.Q: Could I get a notification when slots open ?
A: Absolutely! You can fill this form to make sure you get notified when commissions and or adopts are available, fully customisable to your interests!Q: Could I see the waiting list?
A: Sure! It's available on my google spread sheet available here. I do not use Trello anymore.Q: How does the waiting list work ?
A: I usually works by type batch! I don't have a precise order to start.Q: Commission waiting time?
A: My Deadlines are of 6months, although commissions usually get done from 2weeks to 4months for longer projects! Right now the most time consuming item is the Full Illustration so it may take longer. Keep in mind I often work for Zines and study so even if I'd love to do this full time, I try to avoid burnouts and so should you!Q: Can you finish it faster ?
A: I can put your order higher in priority making you skip the waiting line for a rush fee of 15EUR to 50EUR depending on how full the waiting list is. Yes you can pay a rush fee at an time of the process to avoid a full waiting list rush price! The fees are the same for a short Deadline! Just let me know.Q: How many slots do you have ?
A: I try to keep my commission slots bellow a Total of 8 ITEMS per batches but depending on orders it can vary.Q: I'd like to pay in two times.
A: You can pay 50% of the total upfront and the 50% after I sent the first Sketch. If the payment isn't completed after 2 weeks I'll consider the commission to be canceled unless I have been informed! If it concerns a custom I will be free to choose how to use the design preview sent.Q: Do you do slots holds ?
A: I can do a few holds for loyal clients, but preclaims can be purchased on my Kofi.Q: When do I pay ?
Most of the time you can pay as early as you want and after have sent the first sketch. But since not all options have a sketch preview, here's a list of all options that require to pay after placing order : Sketch Custom, Riquiqui Custom, Sketch, Character Page.
