GRUMBYBAT's TERMS OF SERVICEI. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.

3. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or
canceled.II. PAYMENT
1. Commissions must be paid within 72H. An extension of 14days+ can be given if requested. Work will be paused as long as payment isn't recieved.
2. Payment accepted in EUR only. Vouchers are fine. I accept giftcards as well but keep in mind I live in france so it might not work here...
3. Payment will be requested only via Paypal.III. PROCESS
1. Commissions are generally expected to take up to 3 Months from full
payment to complete AT MOST but I try to finish it around a month.
2. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be
informed.IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission can recieve a few changes after payment has been submitted.
2. A maximum of 5 FULL revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge. I believe communication and experimentation is the most crucial part of commissioning an artist so I am very loose on revision during the sketch and coloring part. Just don't abuse it.
3. { Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload. }
4. Very small revisions can be made once the commission is considered complete for up to two weeks.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at
any time.
2. I do not ever do refunds unless I have failed to meet deadlines!
3. If the client ceases contact for over 10days, the commission will be considered
concluded and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may
have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal
action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
2. Art may only be modified after askig the artst.
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. All adopts and custom designed must be credit @grumbybat when used! You may edit, modify, resell, gift and trade designs as you want. You may NOT copy, heavily reference or claim design as your own.
6. All artwork may be printed and sold by me/grumbybat in the future!
Commercial use
licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of
making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.

Q: Commission waiting time?
A: My ultimate deadlines are of 3months, although I try to get commissions done within the same month so 2weeks to a month is the average waiting time after payment! The 3 months really applies for longer projects like full illustrations.
If any issues comes up I'll always let you know!Q: Could I see the to do list?

Most of the time you can pay as early as you want and after have sent the first sketch. But since not all options have a sketch wip, here's a list of all options that require to pay upfront : Sketch Custom, Riquiqui Custom, Sketch, Character Page, sketch busts. I might also forget to ask for payment but dw about that /jIf the payment isn't completed after 72H I'll consider the commission to be canceled unless I have been informed! If it concerns a custom I will be free to choose how to use the design wip sent.Q: Where can I pay ?
A: I use Paypal and kof only atm! My email /link or invoice will be sent once it's time to send the payment!

A: You can pay the first amount when after I sent the first Sketch. You'll have to send the rest later for me to continue. I can wait up to two weeks! A: I am pretty open to anything so I can give it a try during the sketch phase so you can chose to continue with me for the project or not. I can also simplify items such as detailed pattern designs/mecha with your consent.Q: Will you do gore ?
A: Absolutely! I'm okay with gore and horror As long as the request isn't specific enough that I have to look up actual demolished corpses on google it's fine/hj.Q: Will you do suggestive art ?
A: Besides pinups art and other soft content am fairly inexperienced with NSFW content but I can give it a shy try just lmk. Please keep in mind I will not do anything zoo related or loli/pedo content.Q: Where do I recieve my commission ?
A: I can send the art via discord (username @grumbybat) , email and google drive. I only send designs on toyhouse.
